We, the Emotional Neutralizer team ("we", "the Service"), respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

1. Data we process The Service works without mandatory registration. When you use the neutralizer tool, we temporarily forward the text of your message to third-party AI providers (e.g. Google Gemini, OpenAI) to generate a response. We do not permanently store the content of your messages.

We automatically collect technical data: IP address, browser type, language, request time, referrer. This data is used solely for security (rate limiting, abuse prevention) and aggregated, anonymous analytics.

2. Cookies and local storage We use localStorage to remember your preferences (interface language, theme). We may also use third-party cookies for advertising (Google AdSense) and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

3. Advertising (Google AdSense) The site displays Google AdSense ad units. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DART cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

4. AI text processing The text you paste into the neutralizer field is sent to third-party AI models for processing. Do not paste confidential information (passwords, banking details, medical records). We are not responsible for how AI providers handle such data.

5. Sharing with third parties We do not sell your data. We share the minimum necessary data with: AI providers (to generate responses), our hosting provider (Lovable Cloud / Supabase), and Google (AdSense, Analytics, Search Console).

6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA) You have the right to: request what data we hold about you; request its deletion; withdraw consent for processing; lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us via the "Contact" section below.

7. Security We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data: HTTPS connections, request rate limiting, server-side access checks.

8. Children The Service is not intended for individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect data about children.
